Woman playing the guitar, Renoir

This realistic painting was made by the famous French romantic artist Renoir in 1896. Currently the painting can be visited in the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Lyon, France. The woman playing the guitar is Renoir’s wife whose name is Aline.
- Musical aspects
The instrument is a Spanish guitar (strings family). There is only one musician in the painting, Aline. She seems pretty focused playing the guitar, she isn’t singing or doing anything else. The musical genre is unknown, but it could be folk music. The painting is set in an apparently private place, Renoir’s house probably
